Trades Worker I – Part-Time Custodial and groundskeeper, 20 hours per week, needed for routine maintenance tasks. Duties include cleaning vacant units and offices, hauling trash, moving furniture and providing general labor. Applicants should have knowledge and experience of methods and equipment used in custodial cleaning. Mowing, edging, trimming and raking lawns, repairing curbing and driveways will be required. Should have experience in general maintenance of electrical and gas powered mowers, edgers, blowers and chain saws. The ability to follow oral and written communications and perform moderately heavy manual work is required. Should be able to show ability to maintain good working relationships with other employees and tenants. Must possess a valid KY driver license.
