Centre Meadows Waiting List Now Open

The Lexington Housing Authority (LHA) wait list is open ONLY for 2-bedroom apartment units located at the Project-Based Housing Choice Voucher (PBV) Centre Meadows Apartments located at 1301, 1317 and 1333 Centre Parkway, Monday, will be open from 12:00 a.m., Monday, September 28 – 11:59 p.m. through Thursday, December 31st, 2020. 

In addition to therequirements for all General Public Housing programs, the Self-Sufficiency program requires that the head-of-household or spouse/co-head-of-household must demonstrate he/she has been working for at least 20 hours per week . The work requirement is demonstrated by verification of continuous (uninterrupted) employment over the 3 months prior to the eligibility certification or signing a lease for a Self-Sufficiency site.*  

 *Elderly and disabled persons who meet all of the Self-Sufficiency Housing requirements with the exception of the work requirement may also be eligible for these units.

You MUST apply online ONLY.  

Applicants can apply from anywhere with internet access (home computer, laptop, tablet or smart phone). If you do not have internet access, online application assistance is available by calling the South Lexington Properties Management Office at 859-281-5087

You will need the following to apply:
  • The name, date of birth and Social Security number for EVERY person that will be living in your assisted household
  • Your current mailing address

Households with income NO GREATER THAN 50% of the Lexington-Fayette Area Median Income (AMI), as determined by HUD and adjusted for family size may be eligible for residency at Centre Meadows.

2020 - 50% AMI Maximum Household Income Limits for family sizes are:

1 Person – $27,000          2 Person - $31,000          3 Person - $35,750         4 Person - $39,700

Only ONE (1) application may be submitted by an applicant. Applicants submitting more than ONE (1) application, or selecting an incorrect bedroom size will be withdrawn from ALL wait lists.
