Centre Meadows Waiting List to Open

CENTRE MEADOWS 2-BEDROOM WAITING LIST WILL CLOSE 1/31/24

The Lexington Housing Authority (LHA) is currently accepting applications for 2-Bedrooms ONLY at the Centre Meadows Apartments, Project-Based Housing Choice Voucher (PBV) site.  Applications are taken online ONLY by clicking the link below.  This waiting list will close on 1/31/24.

Applicants for Centre Meadows must meet requirements of the Self-Sufficiency program. The head-of-household or spouse/co-head-of-household must demonstrate he/she has been working for at least 20 hours per week.  The work requirement is demonstrated by verification of employment at the eligibility certification or signing a lease for a Self-Sufficiency site.

*Elderly and disabled persons are exempt from the work requirement for these units.

The minimum/maximum household size for a 2-bedroom unit is – 2 minimum and 4 maximum.

Interested persons MUST apply online ONLY. Applicants can apply from anywhere with internet access (home computer, laptop, tablet or smart phone).  Click the link below to apply.

If you do not have internet access, online application assistance is available at the LHA Central Office, 300 W. New Circle Road, or by calling the South Lexington Properties Management Office at 859-281-5087.

You will need the following to apply:

• The name, date of birth and Social Security number for every person that will be living in your assisted household

• Your current mailing address

• Information about the total annual household income. 

 Accommodations for disabled or non-English speaking residents will be made available upon advance request by calling (859) 281-5060. Persons with hearing or speech impairments can receive assistance contacting the LHA by dialing 7-1-1 to reach the Kentucky Telephone Relay Service.
