Common areas include: computer room, social hall with big screen TV, billiards room, games room, park area on grounds with gazebo, fish pond and raised gardens. Frequent organized social events, including day & overnight excursions.
Applicants can apply from anywhere with internet access. If you do not have internet access, online application assistance is available at all LHA Management Offices including the LHA Central Office, 300 W. New Circle Road, Lexington, KY 40505

The following guidelines will determine each family’s unit size without overcrowding or over-housing:

-The name, date of birth and Social Security number for EVERY person who will be living in your assisted household
-Current mailing address
Accommodations for disabled or non-English speaking residents will be made available upon advance request by calling (859) 281-5060. Persons with hearing or speech impairments can receive assistance contacting the LHA by dialing 7-1-1 to reach the Kentucky Telephone Relay Service.
