HCV Supportive Services Coordinator

Seeking an experienced, energetic professional to provide supportive case management services to participating families addressing specific needs and goals of participants.   The ideal candidate in the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Supportive Services Coordinator role will help clients identify personal goals and barriers to success and identify community agencies to provide support.  Will work with at-risk populations that are sexually exploited and trafficked.  Experience with providing tools that will enable participants and families to maintain stable and permanent housing and progress toward achieving economic independence and housing self-sufficiency. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration or related field with three (3) years’ experience in related area.  Master’s degree in social work, license or certification of counseling experience preferred.  Salary begins at $43,439.00; $20.88/hr. with an excellent benefits package, including paid health, dental, vision and life insurance, as well as retirement savings opportunities.

 

The candidate hired will receive a bonus of $750.00 upon completion of six months’ employment, with an additional $750.00 to be paid after one full year of employment.



HCV Landlord Liaison

Seeking an experienced professional to coordinate with LHA partner agencies and other housing providers to coordinate the availability of rental units and provide information concerning potential and active landlords.  Position will partner with landlords to navigate the leasing process and educate and advocate for equitable and mutual landlord / participant relationships.  Experience with tenant and landlord relationships, negotiations and strategies for program growth. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Business or related field with three (3) years’ experience in related area.  Experience in the Real Estate market (Agent or Salesperson) preferred.    This is a grant-based position and there is an opportunity for remote work.  Salary begins at $47,000; $22.60/hr. with an excellent benefits package, including paid health, dental, vision and life insurance, as well as retirement savings opportunities.
