Maintenance Service Technician I
Maintenance service technician needed to perform a variety of non-skilled general maintenance, repair and construction tasks including but not limited to assisting with Unit Make-Ready duties.
Performs daily tasks involving unit clean outs, disconnects and clean appliances, performs grounds care and maintenance, performs minor repairs, utilizing a wide range of tools. Requirements include skill in use of common hand tools, ability to follow oral and written communications, and to communicate in writing. Must perform moderately heavy manual work. A proven ability to maintain working relationships with clients and employees is required. You must possess a valid Kentucky driver’s license. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, with experience in building maintenance work.
The salary range starts at $37,250.00.00/yr. or $17.91/hr. with an excellent benefits package, including paid health, dental, vision and life insurance and pension, as well as retirement savings opportunities.
The candidate hired will receive a bonus of $750.00 upon completion of six months’ employment, with an additional $750.00 to be paid after one full year of employment.
Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator
Coordinator manages the Public Housing FSS program, provides case management for participating families and links program participants to the supportive services they need to achieve self-sufficiency.
Provide outreach to families to promote and encourage enrollment in FSS program; conducts regular visits to ensure participants are meeting goals and build partnerships with community and service providers.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration or related field with three (3) years’ experience in related area is preferred. Related training and or equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
The salary range starts at $45,200.00/yr. with an excellent benefits package, including paid health, dental, vision and life insurance, and pension as well as other retirement savings opportunities.
The candidate hired will receive a bonus of $750.00 upon completion of six months’ employment, with an additional $750.00 to be paid after one full year of employment.
